Isomalt Color Tests

Color Test Recipes:

• -Green - 1 part red food coloring, 4 parts green food coloring

• -Champagne - 1 tablespoon citric acid

• -Clear - plain isomalt

• -Super Red - 2 drops gel food coloring

• -Cream - 1 teaspoon white decorating powder

• -White - 1 teaspoon white icing color

• -Blue - 2 drops blue food coloring

• -Muddy Red - 2 drops blue food coloring, 2 drops red gel food coloring

• -Purple - 2 drops blue food coloring, 2 drops red food coloring
